Dr. Jay M. Wofchuck

Dr. Wofchuck received a BA degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 1973. He received a BS degree in 1976 and an OD degree in 1978 from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Wofchuck has been at his present location in Norco since 1979.
